This video, courtesy of dial2fast, provides step-by-step instructions on how to install paving stone edging.
With this simple, easy to follow verbal and visual guide, you’ll have beautiful, durable, affordable landscaping in no time.
You’ll need spray paint, a garden shovel, a rubber mallet, landscape adhesive, and paving stones. The first step is to spray paint a border in the grass that the edging will follow. Next, use the garden shovel to dig into the ground a flat spot for the paving stone to lay. The hole should be about 2/3 the height of the paving stone. Then, lay the paving stone down and settle it into place by hitting it with the rubber mallet a few times. After preparing the next space, put a thin line of adhesive on the end of the paving stone that’s already placed. Finally, place the next paving stone down and push the two together to seal the adhesive. Continue on until your beautiful landscaping looks just how you want it!
